No, but I recommend you run a malware program asap

Yeah, it's a rouge program. Go to Malwarebytes : Free anti-malware, anti-virus and spyware removal download and download Malwarebytes' Antimalware, udpate after install and run a quick scan. If the rogue won't let you run MBAM then rename the program to explorer.exe and run it that way.

I'm glad I had malwarebytes on my computer already because it will not let me go to any websites.
