I think we found out what this team is really made of. I fully expect us to lose 5-0 to the Predators on Saturday. Also look for James Neal to get a hat trick.

If there is an NHL team in Pittsburgh, I haven't seen it till it comes in from another city and plays in Consul because it certainly isn't the crap wearing a penguin on the sweater. Kessel is an abomination, Skid is on a lost/found poster...

Obviously Dallas is a very good team this year, not justifying the loss but they are good.
Anyway I wonder how soon before Mike Johnston is on the hot seat?

Also Hornqvist needs to be with Crosby and Kessel with Malkin. It obviously isn't clicking the other way.
Finally Sprong should take over Kunitz spot anywhere on the top 6.

^ Also Sprong if not replacing Kunitz should be in there for Perron.
Plotnikov is showing he isn't 100% ready and needs time in WBS to get a better feel for the North American game.

They should just dump Perron...he freaking brings nothing to the ice. Maybe Fehr will wake this team up...

And Kessel has been an abortion of epic proportions. Hardly notice him on the ice...oh wait, could say that about most of the Pens players

Well that is all chemistry that the top talent is not showing up.
Unfortunately you can't easily dump Perron, Kunitz or any of the higher paid players due to cap implications so the best thing to do is move them around to find something that works.

This isn't bad line up to see if they will get going:
PASCAL DUPUIS SIDNEY CROSBY PATRIC HORNQVIST
SERGEI PLOTNIKOV EVGENI MALKIN PHIL KESSEL
CHRIS KUNITZ NICK BONINO DANIEL SPRONG

But I would like to see Sprong with top 6 minutes. His play before the visa issues might ignite some of those top players.

What a pathetic power play, if I were the Predators, I would just take dirty hits all game long. Not like the Pens could make you pay for taking a penalty anyways.
