BH would still need to do the following 1) Sign a FA OG to add to the OG room. 2) Draft one, if not two, OG for likely starter and depth

This will be interesting for me to read when it comes out. I like Erik's trends for possible players to be considered for Lions to draft.

We may not need to draft a CB either this year. Maybe we just sit back and get Jammie in the middle of the draft.

I don't see BH not drafting a CB this year. Okudah will be gone at the end of his contract and Moseley is only on a 1-year contract and there's no telling right now how he's going to play an adapt to a much more man-based coverage. 49'ers play a lot of cover-3 or more zone-base coverages. Jacobs is definitely on notice and may not be here in 2024 either.

There's definitely a need to add what is considered an elite or near elite CB at the top of this draft.

The media makes all of these players available in this year's draft appear as if they fit just about any team. They don't and there are a high number of them that are projects that'll take 2-3 years to develop which reads good at first glance until fans get pissed a year or two down the road and said prospect hasn't showed he can be an NFL caliber player. JMHO.

CB is too damn difficult of a position to transition to from CFB player to a more than just a reliable NFL caliber CB.

I hope the Lions take Bijan Robinson at six.

Just become the fuckin' hogs. Pound it up everyone's ass for 4 quarters with Robinson and Williams.

Talk about opening up the passing game with play action.

Fuck yeah.

If we’re going Hogs style, I’d rather see us take Peter Skoronski. The short armed tackle from Northwestern. Then start him at gaurd.

I'll bet if Robinson is available at 9, the Bears take him.

Georgia Pro Day. Jalen Carter apparently has put on almost 10 pounds since the combine. At that size that's probably the difference of 2 meals and 1 shit, but the fact that he couldn't stay disciplined during this process isn't great news. More concerning is he couldn't finish his workout due to cramping and was visibly short of breath.

I feel safe to say Jalen Carter is completely off my list as draft eligible players. I wouldn't take him at #6 for sure, but I wouldn't even take him at #18. If you got him in the second round maybe he'd be pissed off enough to be motivated, but I'm sure he won't last that long.

I was just coming to post this. This is one of the worst runs to the draft I have ever witnessed.

Dumbass cost himself a lot of money. I was so fired up for him but after seeing this today, no way. I can't imagine as disciplined as BH is with player evaluation he'd even touch this guy.
