2021 NFL Draft: Pro Day schedule & results tracker | College Football | PFF

Northwestern

T Rashawn Slater

Height: 6'4″ (OT: 13th percentile, G: 51st percentile)
Weight: 304 (OT: 18th, G: 23rd)
Arm: 33″ (OT: 13th, G: 37th)
Bench: 33 reps (OT: 96th, G: 90th)
40-yard: 4.88 (OT: 97th, G: 98th)
3-cone: 7.48 (OT: 83rd, G: 87th)

The size and arm length were as expected, and they do Slater no favors when it comes to his projection at tackle at the next level. However, he did verify his status as an athletic freak.

One of the most technically advanced prospects we have seen at the position, he pairs those outstanding testing numbers with outstanding collegiate production. In his last year at Northwestern, Slater posted a 90.0 PFF grade and allowed just five pressures in 11 games in his final collegiate season. Teams should be at peace with Slater’s size after this pro day. He is going to hold up at tackle in the NFL.
I like the comp for Slater at the Ringer. Zack Martin

Those T-rex arms are going to make him a pulling guard type in the NFL.

Hogwash.

Technique and proper mechanics/quick feet/hands can overcome that.
33" arms are not T-rex for an OT who has his skillset.

2021 NFL Draft: Jaylen Waddle ‘had the fastest GPS’ of any WR in the country - Pride Of Detroit

Jeremiah did mention that he currently has Waddle rated higher on his board. “I just thought what you get after the catch with some of the shiftiness and then just the home run speed with Waddle is why I ended up with Waddle over Smith,” he said.

As Jeremiah continued to explain why he liked Waddle he brought up a point that surely should have Lions’ general manager Brad Holmes' attention.

“GPS stuff is going to be big this year because we haven’t had as much verified numbers, and talking to some teams around the league, Waddle had the fastest GPS of any receiver in the country,” Jeremiah said. “Your eyes aren’t deceiving you when you watch him. He’s freaky fast. All three of those (receivers) would be good options for Detroit. I don’t think they could make a wrong pick there.”

Levi Onwuzurike: 2021 NFL Draft Prospect Interview Series | The Draft Network

BB_72: This is the type of attitude I like coming from an interior Lineman or pretty much any player, plus I really like the player's tape from 2019.
He opted out in 2020

Levi Onwuzurike College Stats | College Football at Sports-Reference.com (sports-reference.com)

JM: What’s your favorite part of playing on the defensive line?

LO: I really like just exploding out of my stance and f***ing somebody up.

JM: That’s amazing (laughs). I’ve interviewed more than 500 draft prospects over the past few years and I think that’s the first time a player has ever used the word “f**k” in an interview. I’m not mad about it.

LO: I’m just trying to be honest with you, man (laughs).

Any possible day 3 QBs anyone you guys like?

Jamie Newman - Athletic with a nice arm, but sat out the season
Kyle Trask - 6 months ago he was being talked about as a 1st rounder
Kellen Mond - Another athletic guy with an arm, but needs a lot of coaching(So probably not for us)
Ian Book - smart character guy that should be a great backup

I like Trask, the fact that he did not enter the transfer portal but stuck with the team and earned his spot speaks well of him I think.

He will never be elite though, no athleticism, and locked into a shorter passing game. I think he is Minshew without the scrambling

I think he is the pick now that we have cleaned house at WR. Perfect for Goff. Perfect complement to Williams and Cephus. Hock will be single covered all game too.

The only way we pass him up IMO is if some team trades up or we trade back.

Lions meet with Nebraska OL Brenden Jaimes on pre-draft visit (usatoday.com)

Jaimes holds the Nebraska program record for starts by an offensive lineman with 40. He began as a right tackle but spent the last two-plus seasons as the primary left tackle for the Cornhuskers. However, his NFL future is likely at right tackle or guard. He did get some looks inside during Senior Bowl week.

2021 NFL Draft: Pro Day schedule & results tracker | College Football | PFF

WR Amari Rodgers

Height: 5'9 1/2″ (10th percentile)
Weight: 212 (75th)
Vertical: 33 (17th)
Broad jump: 121 (46th)
Bench: 24 (99th)
40-yard: 4.51 (42nd)
Short shuttle: 4.36 (22nd)
3-cone: 7.12 (19th)

BB_72: That short shuttle time is quite concerning - outside of just a bad start/run. It's usually a sign of not being able to uncoil and have immediate burst explosion.

Height: 6'6″ (98th percentile)
Weight: 293 (33rd)
Vertical: 29 (34th)
Broad jump: 112 (75th)
Bench: 21 (17th)
40-yard: 4.95 (69th)
Short shuttle: 4.4 (88th)

BB_72: I'm hoping he goes UDFA. I've watched his play in games several times and could be a possibility as a Big end 5, 4i. He's not a stat factory by any means but is able to control his gap, run defend and push the pocket a little bit (in case Hand has his usual injury riddled season.

5 NFL pro days to watch this week: Georgia, TCU, Pittsburgh, Stanford & Auburn (detroitlions.com)

3. Pittsburgh, Wed., March 17
DT Jaylen Twyman

2. TCU, Fri., March 19
Who to watch:
Lions general manager Brad Holmes said he really liked this year's safety class, and the best of the bunch might be TCU's Trevon Moehrig. NFL Network analyst Bucky Brooks lists Moehrig as his top safety in the class. Moehrig was the team's special teams player of the year as a freshman and became a second team All-American and Jim Thorpe Award (top DB) winner this past season. He's got great size and range, and recorded 47 tackles, two interceptions and nine pass breakups this past season as a junior.

Also keep an eye on: LB Garret Wallow (@Mebert guy), S Ar'Darius Washington,

1. Georgia, Wed., March 17
Who to watch:
A tough and imposing edge rusher, Georgia's Azeez Ojulari is an interesting prospect who comes in at No. 39 on NFL Network draft analyst Daniel Jeremiah's Top 50 prospects list. Ojulari had a terrific 2020 campaign, registering 12.5 tackles for loss and 9.5 sacks with four forced fumbles in 10 starts.

Dillon Radunz's Versatility and Do-Anything Attitude Sets Him Apart | The Draft Network

in Mobile, Alabama, Radunz thoroughly impressed. His draft stock increased, and he came away with Overall Practice of the Week honors—an award given to the 2020 NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year Justin Herbert in 2019.

Radunz’s training with former San Francisco 49ers offensive tackle Joe Staley increased his football IQ, and in his extended offseason, he got strong, prioritized working on his hand placement. His tape shows he can move.

2021 NFL Draft: Pro Day schedule & results tracker | College Football | PFF

T Dillon Radunz

Height: 6'5″ (37th percentile)
Weight: 304 (18th)
Vertical: 32 (87th)
Broad jump: 113 (92nd)
Bench: 24 (58th)
40-yard: 5.11 (72nd)
3-cone: 7.27 (97th)

Radunz’s explosiveness and agility jump off his tape from North Dakota State, so it isn’t a shock at all to see those testing numbers.

BB_72: What the hell has this kid been doing over the last 8 months. He was so damn explosive on tape. Short arms to boot. BP was exceptional.

Pittsburgh

DI Jaylen Twyman

Height: 6'1″ (9th percentile)
Weight: 301 (50th)
Arm: 32 1/8 (17th)
Vertical: 33 (79th)
Broad jump: 104 (34th)
Bench: 40 reps (98th)
40-yard: 5.51 (1st)
3-cone: 8.00 (11th)

My guess is bulking up based on that weight and those bench reps. Still would love to get him especially if the shit 40 drops his value.
