I will say I bought the 360 when it was first out and did enjoy it...until I got the red ring of death. Tried to fix it myself, gave up, sent it off for warranty, Microsoft wouldn't fix it because I had tampered with it. At that point, I was like "Fuck Microsoft" and went and bought a PS3. Have been a happy camper since.

Cause it was free and I didn't have anything to lose? The worst thing they would say was they wouldn't fix it (which they did) and I'd be right back where I was before.

BTW, Godawgs, I've sunk plenty of hours of game time into the Xbox 360. Hell, one of my fave games (Fable) is an Xbox exclusive. So it's not like I'm not experienced with the console.

It actually seems simpler to me. Move left or right then up and down to pick what you want.

You can customize your background, etc on the PS3. The dynamic themes are awesome.

Doesn't the Xbox dashboard have ads?

The PS3 dashboard and the store are better organized and ad free.

When was the last time you got on an updated XBOX? Searching for everything is very easy, and if you have a Kinect it can be done by voice - like "Xbox search Madden NFL Demo" or "Xbox play _____". Yes there are small ads, but it's related stuff like ads for games, not Viagra. Ever checked out the arcade? Free games.

The old xbox dashboard is better then the new one IMO. I haven't tried talking to one yet though.

Zune Music/Video is quite a handy service, he wasn't talking about the actual Zune hardware. BTW Microsoft is dropping the Zune name & renaming it XBOX Music/Video.

XBOX.... I have 2, and I get beat up nightly by the 8 year old in MLB 2K.... Very fun, love the dashboard & have had no problems in the past 5 years of ownership of each console. Well other than I still get sucked into Skyrim for hours & days & weeks
