I am hoping we land a Badass DT.

Disruption in the middle of a line helps all facets of a defense.

Hurts all facets of an Offense.

I guess that's the biggest knock I have on Coach Rod. We have needed a big run stuffer for years now, and he claims 1T just isn't that big a need in his D. To me, it is a huge need. I thought when the Giants added Snacks Harrison a couple of years ago, it had an enormous impact in their entire D

I thought for sure we had that in Maliek Collins coming into the year. Was disappointed a little this year in him. He was healthy, had Lawrence and Irving taking up a lot of the attention and even Crawford played well this year, but Collins didn't take that big step forward I expected even though everything was set up perfect for him this year. Thought for sure he would be in the discussion for the Pro Bowl this year.

I don't care who we draft.

I care that this guy is in the room WHEN we draft.

If Jerry were to put the GM title on Wil, he'd be here forever and he would have one of the best front offices in the League with Stephen and Wil for the next 20 years. Jerry would still have the final say and the exact same amount of power he has now, but I doubt his ego will allow him set the title aside

They just keep putting high picks in their front 7. Their OL/DL are top notch, but they aren't going anywhere till Wentz gets back. It has to give Redskins fans a sick feeling to know they are in the same division with Dallas and Philly who have so much young-prime talent

Me too. He was disappointing. Collins has to step up next year. We need that run stuffer/

I agree with what your saying but Philly has a little bit of a rocky road ahead of them. We have serious salary cap problems (and only one pick in the first 3 rounds). I dont think we can afford to bring back Jason Peters and our LG isnt a very strong position either. The left side of the line could be very bad next year. Think we over paid for Jernigan too.

Dallas D looked like the best in the NFC East to me the 2nd half of this year. If they find a top notch WR and a dominating DT they will be excellent. Lawrence picked the right year to make the All Pro team.

Lastly you are right about Wentz... just hope we dont get embarrassed in 8 days.

i think we have to look at Edge/DE at 19. i don't see us being able to keep Lawrence and do the moves we need to do. i almost hope we 1st round tender him and some team grabs him (and we don't match) and we get 2 1st round picks, one in 2018 and the other in 2019

That is crazy. Just get a speedy reciever and Dez will be the 2. Niether of those recievers are an upgrade.

thought we had speedy receivers and Dez is not going to settle for being #2 and he is not worth what he is being paid

I have always found the Browns that play for the Cardinals interesting. They came in the league about the same time. One is named John. The other Jaron. They were 12 and 13. One of the is nicknamed Smoke. I think it is John.
