I would remove Steve Martin from that list.
I just put the first guys that came to mind, I said I obviously forgot some, Steve Martin was pretty good back in the 70's and early 80's. I didn't want the list to be 30 comedians, not even sure I could have done that. Kinda why I listed other...

His show was amazing(probably best comedy central show of all time), his movies were great... But never was into his Stand up... Just never pictured him as a standup comedian first...

Never heard Woody allan's standup... But certainly agree about Robin Williams... Not a fan of his standup at all... In fact whenever it is on i turn it off... Steve martin was ok, nothing special...

Oh... well i think that is the problem here, there are different comedies... Standup, Improv, and tv/movie comedy...
Most Comedy actors were good standup or improv, but when they became famous actors stopped... Richard Pryor is an exception...
But this thread i thought was all about standup...
