You know there is a quite a good chance that Tony may have not done it by accident, yet you don't want to admit it. I know there is quite a good chance that Tony might have done it by accident, but I will admit it.

FACT: Stewart did not accelerate, or deviate from the line he was driving on. What part of the above are you confused about?


Look, I get it. Most of you were emotionally involved in this notion that he tried to scare/intimidate the kid and are simply unwilling to look at the evidence to the contrary. Problem is, the facts are the facts and now that this case is closed there is no further room for debate. Stewart did not go after this kid.

The kid had marijuana in his system so automatically this means Tony Stewart was attempting to steer clear?

I agree Tony is off the hook, but it's because there is more evidence to point towards Ward than there is to point towards Stewart.

None of us can sit here and say we know anything for sure. We have no camera angles, and we are not in Tony Stewart's brain.
