The Giants had just played their home opener there the day before and were blown out by Dallas.
The field was in subpar shape as a result (especially between the 30’s).

My feeling is if that game had been played in Buffalo instead, chances are Rogers likely would’ve not suffered a season/possible career ending injury.
It was a freak thing for him that it happened and sort of an anomaly that there weren’t other players injured as well in that game last night.

The schedulers should not have allowed that

But, Rodgers had 2 calf injuries before the season - minor injuries sometimes get worse by playing football

Going to wildcat exclusively is not a fantasy football point. It is an infrequently used gimmick, not a game plan.

That idea/concept is a non-starter, as in suggesting that plan will go nowhere with the coaches.

Gotta admit that I laughed when he was carted off 4 plays into his new career as the Jets savior... not an AR fan. But I do regret that and wouldn't wish a torn achilles on anyone.
