I've always wondered what it would be like to be famous and yet anonymous, in a meme like this. People will recognize you but not know who you are or even why you look familiar.

Like this guy:

Or this one:

Well, one is Axel Foley and the other is Richie Cunningham……

I don't think there are enough threads about Rodgers getting hurt.

talking about winning football games. You know...the object of the game

And your plan to do that is permanent wildcat formation. Going to guess that's a non-starter for the Jets...

The Giants had just played their home opener there the day before and were blown out by Dallas.
The field was in subpar shape as a result (especially between the 30’s).

My feeling is if that game had been played in Buffalo instead, chances are Rogers likely would’ve not suffered a season/possible career ending injury.
It was a freak thing for him that it happened and sort of an anomaly that there weren’t other players injured as well in that game last night.

They'll roll with Wilson.

There isnt enough time to think that bringing in a guy like Wentz is going to come in, learn the offense and actually be better.

And if Wilson fails, it will be the guy with as much experience as Rodgers does in Hacket's offense: Tim Boyle. Already on the Jets roster.

Boyle should remain 3rd string. They should bring in a vet to be the backup IMO.

This event proves that the Universe is alive, conscious, and has an ironic sense of humour. The Jets couldn't keep Rodgers healthy for 4 snaps. The previous night the Giants were hell bent on getting Jones injured, and they failed. This also buggers up the deeply laid plan to trade Rodgers to the Vikings next year.

Yeah but the turf in that particular stadium is notorious for getting guys hurt. I think there was a recent game where both Garoppolo and Bosa got injured because of it. It's bullshit that there's still turf in ANY NFL stadium.

So some positions it's more dangerous to play on grass?
It's complicated.
RB's get more groin injuries on grass.
WR's get more hamstring injuries on turf

Some grass fields get fewer injuries than turf
Some turf fields get fewer injuries than grass
