Call your shot. These 3 are going in the first round in most mocks. State your case as if there can be no other choice. Own it.

AB runs away with it. On a team where he is the vet.... hands down going to do big things again this year.

Well they're all going to do big things. I'll take Dez, but Brown is awesome too.

Not going to lie, I wear blue colored glasses. But Dez is staring at what could be a perfect storm for his production. Contract year, prime age for a career year, everyone seems to be focused on the RB situation in Big D. What IF you can't plug in a 1500 yard rb? Dez becomes a target master. Witten is another year older and slower. How many more reasons do you need?

Brown - Ben makes a point to force feed him
Dez - He will get more targets with the running game not being as dominant
ODB - only because he was the third on the list

I actually think ODB scores less on a per game average. There are several WRs I would take over him in a redraft league.

1) Dez > his 3-year average is 1310.3 yards and 13.6 TD. I like a guy that's consistent so I'd put him first.
2) Antonio > said it another thread (and I'm sure all of the Steeler fans on here will hate me for this), but Ben's best 8 years only average 3637.3 yards. In 2014 he was 1300 yards above his average. (That's a lot.) Ben had a great year, but history would suggest something closer to 4K instead of 5K again. Antonio could very well hit 1400 yards again, but almost 1700 again? That bar is too high for me.
3) ODB > he had a phenomenal 7 games in 2014. But how often to we see players with a short sample size in one season fail to meet expectations the next? Maybe he breaks that curse? Maybe he doesn't.

I dunno..I see Randy Moss in ODB, that kind of once in a generation type talent, through and through. I hope everyone in my league is of the same opinion as you guys :)

You mentioned Moss, even Randy in his 9 best* seasons (out of 13) averaged 1314.6 yards. And Jerry Rice in his 14 best* seasons (out of 20) averaged 1354.1 yards. Expecting more than even HOF numbers each year is setting the bar too high.

Plus, you know me, Treff - I usually will lean towards the "conservative" player rather than swing for the fences. And I feel fantasy owners perhaps are swinging for the fences instead of "taking what the defense gives you" to borrow a football analogy.

* Seasons over 1K yards.

Dez - Imo the best receiver in football. Plays for an offensive coordinator who's expieirenced in the art of chucking it all over hell. (Most likely stated those exact same two sentences this time last year as well.)And now, with the great Darren McFadden and company carrying the ball, I expect the passing game to see an uptick in Big D. (Murray was remarkable last season. Don't foresee anything like that again this year to get in the way of Tony Romo going for an MVP.)

Brown. - I could just echo Joe here, but I'll add that without as much turmoil in the backfield(it worked out just fine for all parties involved.) Big Ben shouldn't be shouldering as much of the burden with his arm. (He's set career marks in attempts in 3 of the last 4 years. That trend shouldn't continue.). Antonio would possibly be my choice for second best production from a receiver league wide. Nothing wrong with that.

ODBJr - Teams were without a doubt game planning to stop, or at least slow him down late in the season last year. But it didn't exactly work too well. The man scored 7 TDs in December. That's nuts. But I can't see teams failing so miserably when they've had an entire offseason to scheme up a scheme. These are professionals were tallinbough here. Plus, the Giants play the AFC East this year. And the Defending Super Bowl Champs prolly impress me the least out of that group on defense. No shame in coming in third to Dez and Brown.

Giants at Cowboys Week 1. The comparison starts early.

I do find it slightly funny that ODB is getting all this love while mike evans is not... Mike evans is going to be the best WR this season... TB has one of the worst RBs duo in football, they have one of the easiest divisions to pass in, and Jameis Winston should be better than the crap that TB had last season... not to mention the schedule is not to shabby...

Winston may be NFL-ready but that doesn't always mean he is NFL-tested. I applaud your enthusiasm but Evan's value for me is tied to his untested, unproven rookie QB. And if Evans draws the double-teams, the "safer" option may be VJax.
