Here is what needs to be investigated ... the refs were partying on Jerry Jones' party bus a couple of days before the game. They stole a playoff win from the Lions (and we've only had one playoff win since 1957).

Inflategate is nothing compared to this ...
Why do you keep crying about a play where Pettigrew should have been flagged for a Facemask or a pushoff?

I've said all along: Tom Brady and Robert Kraft will face time in United States federal prison for their criminal activity surrounding a decade-long culture of rampant cheating.
150 years ago, they would have been hanged for such crimes: Tuckgate; Vinatierigate; Spygate; Deflategate, etc. Those are some serious big time felonies that should consider life imprisonment or maybe even the death sentence as proper justice.

Fair enough, wasn't it the Cowboys you beat?

The only thing Brady is guilty of is having those footballs deflating... and lying about it afterwards....and having evidence destroyed that showed otherwise...and throwing others under the bus...AND WINNING!!!! AMIRITE?? :whoo:

The refs called the penalty, announced the penalty and marked it off, before they changed their minds. When you win one playoff game in 58 years, you realize just how important a playoff win is (a lot more important than a little air in a football).

Meh, who didn't see this coming?:noidea:

At the time of the court decision, there were too many red flags with the judge & his ruling. The only question I have is will Brady continue to appeal or just accept his fate?

Fair enough. FWIW I was happily surprised they picked up the flag, and said all along it should have stayed, if for no other reason the amount of time it took to overturn.

Judge Chin said evidence of ball tampering was "compelling, if not overwhelming."

Nothing to here, keep moving along.

You mean the appeal can be appealed? This will never end!

The loser can ask (1) for a rehearing, which is rarely granted; and then whoever the ultimate loser is can (2) ask the U.S. Supreme Court to take the case, but I doubt they will, regardless of who wins. The Supreme Court doesn't take a lot of cases. But.... Would have been funny to watch Scalia to grill everyone in oral argument if they did and he was still alive. Also, imagine all of the awesome football puns that could go into an opinion on this.

Sounds like they were pretty questionable of the defense attorney's tactics.

I heard one part where originally Brady's defense was using the uniform rule with a fine listed of about $5k as the defense, then in the appeal later they said it wasn't about the uniform rule, and he was kind of trying to work his way out of that and they just cut him off and quoted him saying "We don't believe the uniform policy applies" from the arbitration hearing.
