Well that's S1 that I'm referring to.

It's good. Especially the first 7-8 episodes. Those are fantastic. The last 5-6 are a little more rocky.

No biggie. I didn't see anything on a season 2 a short while ago and got some commits crossed and here we are. FTR I agree that LC got pretty bad from the actual story point of view.

They should've kept LC and diamondback close to the comic story, but they used Reva as a pawn to intertwine JJ and LC.

Honestly not that much anymore. I was really getting into New 52 and then they just totally blew that shit up.

I'm a little bitter about it.

But I still bought a shit ton of the trade paperbacks on kindle (on SALE only, lol) that I intend to read.

I do mostly DC stuff, with only some major marvel story lines.

I used to read a shit ton in HS and college...when things were much easier to follow along with lol

The problem with the second half of season 2.

It's 100% the weakest 1/4 of Daredevil. and it's not even close.

It's just that after the way they set everything up, the Hand doesn't fit in that Universe....at all.

how do you go there first without an epic Bullseye storyline?

I agree. But he stopped watching before the season got bad. He saw the stuff with Puny and Kingpin and thought "This is no good and worth abandoning".

The first half of DD2 is clearly the strongest part of DD and some of the best Defenders material.
