The 2nd rounder will be a LB
The 3rd rounder will be a DE for depth

We can solve for OLine by signing UDFA.

In all honesty...that would be the best defense we would have had in 20+ years. If healthy, we could hold teams under 15 points with those draft picks starting.

Since Rivera has been here our scoring defense has been alternatively ranked...

2022... 7th allowing a total of 343 points
2021.. 25th allowing a total of 434 points
2020... 4th allowing a total of 329 points
2019... 27th allowing a total of 435 points (Not Rivera's team, just showing a pattern)

If that pattern holds, they will struggle as a scoring defense in 2023. If so, they are going to need a very productive offense.

I actually like the Jacoby Brissett signing..he actually played pretty good with Watson suspended for most of last year and played well
