ALL IN on rebuilding after this season. New coach, New QB, less fans.
He could bring back McCarthy. Look how long he stuck with Garret.. but yeah, this already not looking good. Zero depth at pass rusher. No running back. No LT or Center. One linebacker. No run stuffing DT. Those are gaping holes.

Unless we get a new Owner and GM it won't matter. Jerry and Stephen are about to run this shot into the ground
It is just sad. We have to think this way. You are not wrong.

Start at the two minute mark and it pretty much sums up life as a Cowboy fan. Jerry should be absolutely embarrassed at how he is being clowned all over the league but he’ll just get on his yacht and go to the Bahamas like every other year at this time and count his money and laugh. Until this jackass hires a real GM to replace him and his ahole son nothing will change

it’s a little long but it’s worth it and spot on

The most eventful thing this off-season was me dreaming last night that we traded Dak to the Rams for a boatload of firsts.

maybe jerry is going to have Dak play at 59.4

hard to have it both ways
And the reality is that I would actually be OK with this. Let him set his market for 2025 and let the team focus on adding pieces for 2025 & beyond.

I think Dillon can be "ok" in a time share. Need to pair him with another back though

If Jerry had given Dak the exact same deal but without the no trade clause, the Cowboys could have gotten a couple of firsts from some scrub team and split Dak's $59M cap hit over this year and next. So much for Jerry being the Great Dealmaker lol. Dak and his agent ran the train on Jerry's ass

Bobby Wagner to Washington. If they hit on QB with the 2nd pick they are going to be seriously improved.

Why did Quinn not push for him last year??

i like adding Kendricks. I’ll have to see what he and others got before I think it was a good or really good move, but we are a better team with him than without him. I’m fine plugging holes with starters even if none of them are elite. Maybe a DT or an OL next?

Commanders agreed to terms with LB Bobby Wagner, formerly of the Seahawks on a one-year contract.
NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports the deal includes $6 million in guaranteed money and is worth up to $8.5 million. Dan Quinn served as the Seahawks’ defensive coordinator in Wagner’s second and third seasons in the NFL way back in 2013 and 2014. The two are now reunited in Washington as Quinn just signed on to be the Commanders’ head coach this offseason. Wagner picked up a league and career-high 183 tackles in 2023 while also finding 3.5 sacks and 11 TFLs. He earned his ninth Pro Bowl nod in the process. Wagner’s knowledge of Quinn’s system should make the move to Washington seamless as he enters his 13th NFL season.

I'm sure he did! Washington is willing to spend money. The Cowboys hide behind the cap. They could clear all the money they want, they are just cheap as Hell now. And they have a QB that's gonna demand $60M per year

117 tackles last year in SD. Knows Zim's defense and will get front seven in the correct alignment.

the $ will be interesting knowing what Wagner is getting. Same kinda guys, tackle machines with limatations in coverage.

He isn't Wagner but he is a very good player. Better than any LB we had on the roster last season
