No shit there's something going on with Zach Smith. However, he could have been running a Breaking Bad meth ring, if the report doesn't say he was arrested, then he wasn't arrested, and reporting it as such is reckless and unethical. To this point, there is no proof of a report existing that says he was. There are two saying he wasn't. Saying it's not likely that this phantom report exists? Quite the literal opposite of "going off the deep end".

So you are totally dismissing my side because an Ohio State website released two reports? An you have the balls to say I’m the one being dismissive.

At this point there’s a chance it exists or the police chief would have said NONE EXIST. That is where I’m coming from.

Are you joking. I said it’s possible it existed. You however have dismissed it totally because of the two reports 11 warriors came out with. Do not try and say I was the one dismissing. You truely are losing it on here man. Take a breath and calm down.
There actually isn’t any double standard. McMurphy edited his report AFTER the police department edited there’s. He actually followed the first report to a T. Then when his story came out for some reason the Powell Police department edited their report.

You want to compare Snooks reporting to Mcmurphys and there’s no comparison. Wake up

Like right here, this post I’m quoting of yours. McMurphy first report came out from the Powell Police department. He only edited it AFTER that same Police department edited their report. It’s not inaccuracy. Unless you are talking about the Powell Police department. It’s him using police reports that for some reason got edited.

But you seem to be going to great lengths because “there are people who badly want to see a national giant get their legs chopped off.” LOL
This is from two separate threads where you stated he only changed his because of this supposed phantom report that said he was arrested. You've never said "it's possible". You've said "This is what actually happened". So stop lying.

No, it's not. You're operating off the assumption that it 100% exists, and I just quoted two of your posts saying so.

There's actually only one - the existence of this phantom report saying there was an arrest.

When this report comes out that he supposedly received, let me know. Until then, it's existence is unlikely.
Right, because you homers have already decided that everything from snook, 11w, or any other entirely biased and pro OSU site is valid on face value, and nothing against is real until certified in triplicate.

Usually the simplest answer to a question is the most likely. Asking people to believe McMurphy fabricated an article on a police report that didn't exist seems a stretch. The idea he was duped by a disgruntled ex wife with a huge ax to grind is certainly more plausible. And given that the police chief himself will not simply make this go away by clearly stating there wasn't some other copy that said arrested on it, that too remains a more likely answer than the reporter just made it up.

I'll stick to logic until I have the details. Maybe try some of that yourself. It might bring you more inner peace. God knows you need some about now. :pound:

When are you fools going to stop pretending you have actual information to make these blanket assumptions from? :L

No sir, we do not know what value she brings to the case. We do know this started as a question about what Meyer and the school knew about alleged abuse and then what they did with that information.

You do not think she's a principle witness in at least the part where she makes a claim of abuse? If you want to believe Snook and the parents and she made this shit up then she very much is a witness of value. Discrediting the entire thing is one way out of this. If you prove there wasn't any abuse and it was clear to everyone around that program there wasn't, then of course then there isn't as much question about what they did with that information.

You people need to chillax a bit and just wait for shit to finish. ffs.
If Urban didn't violate protocols, they will have to pay at least $38M to get rid of him.

What information could Courtney Smith possibly have that speaks to that question?

He couldn't have violated protocols if they knew she wasn't abused to begin with. What part of this aren't you understanding?

She's the one this entire thing exists because of. Without her accusations there is no question of protocol. So no shit they have a massive interest in talking to her.

All I said is doing so at this late date doesn't bode well for her IMO. They are bringing her in to catch her in lies would be a best guess.

Is this not obvious to you? :L

You dumbass. 11W obtained the first article in 2015 - 3 years ago. What could they possibly have to gain from editing it to say he wasn't arrested if he was? Asking people to believe McMurphy fabricated an article on a police report seems a hell of a lot more likely than believing 11W did it for no reason 3 years ago, only to get the same article McMurphy got on July 24th that said the exact same thing.

She already made the allegations. To the police. Multiple times. Urban knew about them. It is my hope that he reported them and that was documented properly. Other than that, I don't give a rip.

What is the committee going to do? Say in their report, "As to Courtney Smith, 'Liar, Liar pants on fire!'"?

The only people I feel bad for in this whole thing are the kids, who start school pretty soon. Their classmates have seen this play out before the whole world and kids are brutal.

And were they edited to not include information on him getting arrested? No. But admit it - you unquestionably believe they were, because you're so desperate for McMurphy to be right, even though there's absolutely, positively, nowhere to be seen, any evidence or reason for Powell to say he was arrested and then say he wasn't. There is, however, a tremendous amount of reason for McMurphy to say he was.

That's not what you said.

I'm operating on the assumption that the two police reports are legit because there's no logical reason to say they're not. Also, the chief's comments? That never once said one exists?

For the last time, it's highly unlikely that it exists. Highly. You just keep on plugging away on here, and be sure to let me know when it's released.

The Powell Chief of Police said any report from his office stating Smith was arrested was a result of human error, but due to a law passed in Ohio in 2017, they wouldn’t be releasing any other info.

There is absolutely no reason for the Police Chief to say if one exists it was an error if he knows for certain there wasn’t. Absolutely none. You are continuing to dismiss there is a chance there was one. But yet you call me the desperate one.

Yep. By no means is he saying one exists. Saying "if" it exists simply covers his ass in the longshot chance that it actually does exist.

What is the reason for chief saying if one exists it’s a human error? Honestly what reason would there be?

I doubt it’ll be your last time because you are full on homer in this. Let’s just wait and see.

Since you keep having issues with plain English, let me break this down more see spot run style... :L
You dumbass. 11W obtained the first article in 2015 - 3 years ago. What could they possibly have to gain from editing it to say he wasn't arrested if he was?
Please show me where I said they made anything up. You have serious reading comprehension issues if you took that from ANYTHING I've said. It wasn't said, nor implied. It's another strawman which you and your ilk seem destined to throw out constantly.
Asking people to believe McMurphy fabricated an article on a police report seems a hell of a lot more likely than believing 11W did it for no reason 3 years ago, only to get the same article McMurphy got on July 24th that said the exact same thing.
I said if there is ANYONE to believe fabricated anything it would be Courtney. How did you get that I'm blaming 11w then? :L God are you just being plain stupid right now. Dumb as a box of rocks I'd say.

What I said was you cannot say there isn't yet another version he went off of. There is no fucking way you can say that. Period. Stop. Quit being a dipshit. The chief of police was vague and left the door open for a different version.

So let me restate it again so you don't blow up on shit no one actually said...
I would put the odds of Courtney having a false version AND McMurphy having at least seen a yet different version above the idea that the two you keep chirping about are the only two in existence or McMurphy creating one himself.

And honestly no one expects you to use rational logic here with blind homer glasses on.

Yeah man, this 100% implies that 11W is biased and only believed by OSU homers. Like, very obviously implies it.

What I said was you cannot say there isn't yet another version he went off of. There is no fucking way you can say that. Period. Stop. Quit being a dipshit. The chief of police was vague and left the door open for a different version.

I've said at least half a dozen times on here that I believe it's existence is highly unlikely, not impossible. There is a difference between the two, trust me.
