No order just name the teams.

I see the Atlantic getting 4 in again..Devs probably get between the 5th-7th seed although I could really see them challenging the Flyers for 3rd in the division. I think Pitt's gonna run away with it and grab the number 1 seed.

Caps get in , Carolina surprises and wins that division.

Boston and Buffalo round it out.

Anyone thinking any other team can challenge? Ive heard good things coming outta Tampa. They could get in if they get some consistent defense and goaltending..I dont see that though. Florida and Ottawa will take steps back.

!. Boston
2. Rangers
3. Carolina
4. Pitt
5. Philly
6. Buffalo
7. Devils
8. Florida

Caps goaltending and some turnover in personnel make me think they'll fall out of the picture. I think the NE is relatively weak, I don't see Ottawa having the same season, Toronto will suck, and Montreal does nothing for me. I think the Devils will be better than the Sabres, but Sabres will beat up on a weaker division.

tampa has a pretty solid goalie (on paper) in lindback so i think that alone will be enough to put them over the top and take the 3 spot. plus cant hurt with stamkos netting 35. pitt/philly rematch you know the nhl really wants to see that. and yes this is the 1st and only time a whole divison will make the playoffs.

People seem to like the Isles this year...I think Tavares could be a sleeper for the Hart and if they make the playoffs it could help his case. They just need a big season from Grabner , Okposo or Neilson..or all of em lol.

And some defense wouldn't hurt em either.

Id like to see them make it. Isles fans deserve some happiness even if it means getting smoked in the 1st round by the Bruins or Pens.

I can see the Isles beat the Devils saturday night. They are always tough against the Devils.
Not sure if Ryan Strome will play in the NHL this season at some point, but kid got skill.
I don't know how much longer its possible for the Islanders to suck. Same with the Oilers. Draft high almost every year and it has to pay off at some point.

I think the Senators will be a good team. Anderson in net plus the best offensive defenseman in the game in Karlsson.

I see the rangers on top of almost every list. Don't judge how they look on paper with the addition of Nash. Yea yea, he is he final piece. They added final pieces every year for the past decade.
That team will again rely heavily on Henrik.
Remember in the playoffs, they barely beat the Sens and Caps. This season will be one 48 game playoff to get to the playoffs. I think they are most the most likely team to disappoint.

I can see the Jets getting in.

As for the Devils? I put them on the list because I am a fan. I really don't know what to expect. Yes, mostly the same team from last season, but minus the traitor who was a huge part of this team.
