Our defense will be porous and won't stop anything, just hopefully slow Georgia down.
If our Offense serves up some self inflicted wounds and Georgia gets a couple of fumbles or interceptions, then Oklahoma goes down.

I think Georgia has to bring their A game to win.
Oklahoma can cruise along with a B game and win.

It's all about Georgia's defense. They will have to play almost a perfect game to win. I think OU offense will be to much for the Dawgs but if Georgia has any chance it will be the defense that can bring them a win.

OU will beat the ever-loving dogshit out of GA. GA is new to this, OU isn't. Baker and co. will have GA's defense in a fog by the 2nd quarter, and it'll take them WAY too long to score TD's on drives, whereas OU will have multiple possessions ending in a score with less than 6-7 plays.

Georgia's defense played great against Stidham and Auburn. Georgia was chasing Stidham most of the game. Auburn also played after two huge emotional wins over Georgia and Alabama. Georgia did not see the best Auburn.

It comes down to the Oklahoma O line being able to stop Georgia D line. I think they will. Okay, Oklahoma will be scoring, can Oklahoma stop Georgia? Probably not.

Georgia is going to get theirs on the ground. I fully expect them to have 200 yards on the ground. I also expect the true freshman to be put under duress and struggle with the pass rush. I think Georgia looks strong to start the game, but if they have to chase I don’t think they can keep up. I don’t think their defense has any idea what they’re about to get hold of, and I think they’ll be surprised by our physicality. I could see this game going a few ways though. Could see us getting punched in the mouth early, and I could also see us surprising people defensively. Georgia’s offense is right in Mike’s wheelhouse, but I really worry about our linebackers. That’s my super early assessment. A lot can happen in 4 weeks though.

I think this playoff format sets up great for OU. Georgia's quarterback ranks 63rd in the country and is a true freshman.
Several of the offenses Georgia faced in the SEC are absolutely horrible. I believe I counted 5 that rank above 80th in the country. Georgia played 7 home games with their SEC championship in their backyard. The game was 10-7 going into the fourth quarter. Georgia hasn't seen an offense like the one they are going to face in the Rose bowl. Mike Stoops will game plan well for their running game. Georgia has a one point win over an average Notre Dame team on the road. They got blown out in Auburn. I think OU wins this game going away.
