Just an idea I had, if we're going to look for people to put on the banner, searching for png files will make it a lot easier for the person making this banner to place the images. That way they don't have to use the eraser tool to cut out the images. Not saying all the images should be png files, but I think it makes it a lot easier for the designer of the banner.

Also, if we could decide what non png files we want on the banner, I could cut them out just so the designer doesn't have to. It's really tedious and I'm sure they'll appreciate not having to do that part LOL
