Hmm, doesn't Mettenberger carry some baggage? Seems to have one of the best arms though from what I've heard.

He had to transfer from UGA after pleading to a misdemeanor sexual misconduct charge his freshman year that I honestly don't know much about. And he failed the drug test at the Combine with a diluted urine sample. He claims (and he has a doctor's note) that he's been instructed to drink a gallon of water a day to help with cramps as he is recovering from an ACL tear.

Not a bad pick honestly. I didn't think much of him at LSU until last year when he played under Cam Cameron's NFL style offense. He looked pretty good in it. If he recovers well from his ACL, he should be a solid back up with potential to be a serviceable starter.

Titans Sign WR Derek Hagan; Waive WR Lamont Bryant

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- The Tennessee Titans agreed to terms on a contract with WR Derek Hagan and waived WR Lamont Bryant.

Hagan (6-2, 210) is a veteran of seven NFL seasons with 83 games of experience with the Miami Dolphins, New York Giants, Oakland Raiders and Buffalo Bills. For his career, he has registered 129 career receptions for 1,480 yards and six touchdowns. His best numbers came in 2007 for the Dolphins, when he recorded 29 receptions for 373 yards in 16 games.

Hagan entered the NFL as a third-round selection by Miami in the 2006 NFL Draft. As a three-year starter at Arizona State, he finished his college career as the PAC-10's all-time leading receiver with 258 career catches and ranked second in conference history in receiving yards with 3,939.

Hmm, idk after losing Verner you may be more vulnerable against receivers. However no clue on how your run defense will do. Sankey is the one who should be the star.
