You're being disingenuous by harping on that loss and that team. Stanford was the third best team in the Pac last season but you keep mentioning Washington st. as your reason to downplay the PAC. You do realize That Washington, Stanford, USC ,Utah and Colorado all finished ranked higher than Washington State right? And I don't get how telling me your Bg10 winner lost to an unranked team strengthens your argument.
I'm not arguing for the B10 to be higher in the rankings. I think I have them ranked 3rd in the conferences, I suppose an argument can be made for them to be lower if you would like to make that argument. Just trying to figure out how you can even compare a subdivision loss to that of a loss to an unranked team from a power 5 conference (they were a bowl team on top of that). Seriously, the 2nd place team in the Pac12 North was unranked, and lost to a subdivision team. Of course Clemson and Penn St lost to an 8-5 Pitt team, so it's basically the same thing? I'm just not following you there.
Again, I'm all for changing my mind on the Pac12. I just gave one example of why I ranked them at the bottom. I'll change my mind if you can give me a compelling reason to view them differently. I'm just struggling to find a reason.
