why do hartnell, giroux, and voracek continue to get ice time? about the only guys less dangerous on the roster are rosehill and rinaldo. 5 on 5 at least..

Sick of this fucking shit with this team and the lack of accountability that starts with the head coach - when he started as the head coach he said he'd hold guys accountable and not once has he benched a guy for a game for a dumb penalty or a dumb play - it pisses me the fuck off and that's one of the reasons this team will continue to be mediocre - dead weight like Scott Hartnell will still not be benched, even after taking stupid, childish fucking penalties after goals scored against - Zac Rinaldo will never be benched even after costing his team half of a period in PK minutes - guys like Jake Voracek won't be benched after hot dogging it when he misplays the puck on a 2 on 1 that leads to an opposing goal

Craig Berube is the exact fucking opposite of an accountable coach - your coach feeds down to your players, no wonder this team still takes stupid penalties, because he never holds them accountable

cant let in a wrap around IMO.. and he's let a couple easy shots stay in play with poor rebound control.. but in general, i agree, he hasn't been bad.. had i not seen the replay and that was just off sharp's stick, that'd be two softies in my eyes

Agreed about the wraparound...but his D should help him on those too.

as much as i would like to disagree w/ this. i cant. very frustrating to watch guys do dumb fuckin shit and then they're out there for the next shift.

and you gotta change something. voracek, hartnell, and giroux are supposed to be your best players. if they all suck together, break them the fuck up.

I hope Chief is happy that he had Ray Emery starting in Chicago for the last two months because of "nostalgia" when they should have been going with Steve Mason, even after giving up four goals in each of the last two games - I knew this would come back to bite them

Honestly I wouldn't mind them trading Jake Voracek along with whoever else if it means getting a top four, puck moving defenseman that can change the defense - Jake has never been anything spectacular, he's overrated and he has flashes of success but he plays like shit more often than not - he is not a top line player, there is no way in hell he is and anyone who thinks he is, they're out of their mind

I got in late from work but from what I saw, there was a lot of lolligagging going on and not much else. Emery got toasted and I saw players just sort of standing around. This is not good.

He doesn't deserve to be on Team Canada - there's way more players playing better, and quite frankly, they do more things than just scoring to help their case
