I actually like our matchup w th Caps. The Flyers are a dangerous team. If the Caps think this will be easy matchup, they will be in trouble. The Flyers will be playing w a lot of emotion with the passing of Mr. Snider. I think it goes 7 games.

IMO the only series that the favorite should take is Dallas over Minny,all the rest are too close to call.

The Wings are fortunate that Stamkos and Johnson are not 100%(if they play)and could make this close,if not win.

If the Flyers come out guns blazing, they've recovered from the last 2 months and will be driving an emotional freight train that will be difficult to stop. If they come out as gassed as they've looked the past week or so, this one will be quick.

I hope Tom Wilson does something stupid to energize the Flyers.

Starting on Thur was a blessing there's no reason why they shouldn't be feeling good. They also play 4 lines so that will help as well. Pretty even season series breaks will play a big part here. Is anyone upset that they didn't move all of their depth now? Hate to say I told you so but they are deep enough to give the caps trouble and either way this experience is invaluable worth more than a few picks IMO.

Happy to hear that Neuvy played he could become a factor if needed. He's had a great year...this is the best depth they've had in years not only in net but all positions.

I agree with 4thstreet and Awaz. We will know after game one what kind of series this one is going to be and if we do come loaded for bear, then 4thstreet is going to be damn close!

I'm glad that Voracek played in our final game, because it tells me he's not hurt, he just needs to find his game still after returning from injury. If he does find it in this series, we have as good a chance as anyone to beat the Caps.

I'm obviously just worried about our rookies and any potential injuries. Regardless, this is a great test for our team. If we can hang with Washington, we should have the confidence to do just about anything else.
