Lind is coming around. Goes back to another thread where I said to give Lind time (when someone was arguing to start Lee)... gotta give some time for your higher paid players to adjust and bring it back. Everyone can hit a slump, but Lind has proven himself over the years and is still young enough to produce.

Lind is nearly batting .260 now. I'd like to see his OBP up a bit more (kind of looks like Trumbo at the moment lol) but hopefully in due time. He hit for .275 in May (counting today) and that's great production and fair for $8M per.

Exactly what they should be doing to bad teams. Still a little ticked off about the Twins series but if they continue to dispatch the padres the next couple of days I'll be over it.

I'm still irritated at the 3 Ls to Minny also, but at least that's all it was and we bounced back in good fashion these last 2 days to finish the homestand at 4-4. Definitely expected better before it started, but considering it was 2-4 after Sunday then I guess I'll take it. Filing the Twins series away as just one bad weekend and one of those things that just happens in a 162 game season.

I think a little more caution on the basepaths would be wise, especially with the two speediest guys on the mend right now. When we have sluggers producing big power numbers in the middle of the order, it doesn't make tons of sense to me to run into outs and take away a chance to let the big bats get at it with men on base.
