Thanks. But cant take much credit, I didn't come up with it. Ive read it on a few Heat sites. Not sure who made this up or how long people have said it. But I like it.

Our lead has decreased due to taking far too many 3’s and settling for jumpers. Like I said earlier, just because a shot is open doesnt mean you just take it - if you are that open it usually means you have even more room to take a better, easier, higher percentage shots - so in those cases the heat need to get closer rather than taking jumpers, which really is just settling -- whether you make them or not.
