Since I'm retired I was going to say "Work is overrated." But that case you describe, I might say "Carry on with the work."

Didn't I read somewhere the other day that the state of Washington currently has an oversupply of cannabis? Those sumbitches need to pick up the pace.

Can't quite wrap my mind around weed beginning to look like other commodities! Next thing you know weed futures will be trading with oil, orange juice, corn, etc!

Hell, I'll take ONE frickin' win! Hell, I'll take no losing by double digits! (We lost by 49, 17, 47, 27, 14, 1, 24, 17, 27, 35, 21 and 21. And it is not like we were playing a lot of MFs. OU and Arizona were the only ones that were totally out of our class.) Hell, I'll take just playing hard!

New coach brought in a lot of JC guys. We'll see if that pays off or just costs us in future years.

No shit? Hell, then it is just a small step to commodities. Texans should legalize it. Besides the fact they can't control it legally, (probably more available than Colorado or Washington) it might offset those times when the price of oil drops like a rock. But, I'm cynical and know the drug dealers pay enough "mordida" to legislators that legalization ain't gonna happen.

Besides, a lot of this land will grow things...if there is water! I think we could grow cannabis.

There are counties in the western half of the panhandle with vineyards that put the well known ones to shame. The Comanches had no idea the raw product for fancy ass wines would be grown in their old stomping grounds!
