Look I hate Tebow, I hate the media attention, I hate all the stupidity he brings wherever he goes. However we can not start Kellen Clemens against Seattle or against anyone for that matter if we want to win games.

Those two statements don't contradict each other.

Most likely we'll try to sign Austin Davis.

I dont see the Rams interested in Vince Young at all. Didnt Fisher and Young have a horrible relationship in Tennessee.

I'm a Tebow fan and I do think he will have a successful career. I just think he needs to start as Tom Brady or Kurt Warner did. Maybe even to the extent of Warren Moon. Spend some time in little brother leagues and develop.

I hate how there is so much emphasis on being great the first few years or you flop. He has shown he is not good enough for NFL right now. He couldn't do it on the Pats during preseason. If he couldn't there, he couldn't anywhere. He should take time away from NFL, work on his flaws, and come back and then come back and show what he can do.

I think the Rams have nothing to lose and everything to gain by giving a guy like Tebow a shot right now. He's proven that he can win games in the NFL and will boost interest in the Rams as far as merchandising and the curiosity factor. Who wouldn't be interested in seeing the Rams play with Tebow under center? Its not like we have any better options.

And since Tebow is a lefty, Barksdale becomes the focal point for protection with pass plays and Long gets a reprieve. But they can go with Clemons until he effs it up really bad and then put in Tebow. Probability wise, are season is in jeopardy of being a 4-12, 5-11, or if we are lucky, 6-10 and that will get us a nice couple of draft picks spots in Round one. But at this juncture, if Fisher is leaving, I don't trust this organization to do anyhting right with personnel and draft pick selections given our miserable history.

He can't make NFL reads and he can't throw. What exactly does he have?

I REALLY hope you're wrong about Fisher leaving. However, with a guy like Lovie still out there and since he does have a history with our team, would seem like a perfect match for us moving forward.
Now that I think about it, I think I'd prefer Lovie over Fisher since he has had more winning teams lately.

Again, I hate how people call bust so early in player's career. Has Tom Brady or Kurt Warner or even Brett Favre had a snap this early of their careers?

From what it sounds like, he has one of the best work ethics from any QB. He is great at leading a team. He never gives up. He has the mentality that you want to help turn a team around.

He just doesn't have the skills at this point. Can he develop it? Yes. If he goes to Arena or Canadian, and be there for a few years and develop, he could come in as a better QB. Would he be a Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, or Drew Brees? No. But he can be a solid starting QB.
