I'm all for Lock starting, but if I'm being fair, that's the type of pass that Pete hates.

I'll take that kind of pass all day!

Second drive.

Only one pass. Touchdown. Results were good. I didn't like the pass - needed more touch and could've been another negative play if defender played that better. Hart with a slight push as well.

I'm a little concerned with our rush defense... we're letting up a lot of yards out there.

I'll give Lock the benefit, especially since (even if my first two posts don't sound like it) I wanted Lock named the starter already, but Pete has been adamant that it's Geno's job to lose, and he hasn't seemed to think Lock as done enough to take the job from Geno.

I want Lock the starter as well. At least we can confirm he's not he answer (which he almost 99%+ isn't). But to quote the great Lloyd Christmas "There's a chance!" There's no chance with Geno "the racist' Smith.

Anyone notice the play calling? Geno they ran some bread and butter plays then Lock they are running higher risk passing plays. Why? The INT was a 7 yard curl on a defense playing off, you don't run that play when the defense has been playing off all game.

Geno is our starting QB guys Pete isn't about making this even close to fair. Lock has zero snaps with the starters and has yet to play a full game for us but his numbers are better than Geno's ( Minus the one INT )

True, but did Barton or Brooks even play? It's hard to gauge when you really aren't playing anyone who'll get significant snaps during the season.

I am confused, the Hawks say they want to play power football with a power running game so whats with the sweeps and fly sweeps? thats not power thats not even close to power running. On a side note the Seahawks have scored the most points in the first half so far this preseason.

they have played and it looked the same. Brooks and Barton have played a lot this preseason and it didn't improve.

It looks like coming into this game Barton played less than 1/3 of snaps and Brooks hasn't played at all. I haven't noticed either of them tonight, but wasn't really looking for them earlier.

He had been playing so much better - just didn't see the defender obviously, but he hit him in the numbers.
