Need a run stuffing DT. Need a LB or two that can tackle and cover(and play more than 8 games a year). Need a young QB to develop after Romo and a young RB(McFadden is a 1-2 year guy). Need luck with HEALTH. Lots of talent on this squad, that's really not a huge list

The one who had a capable backup QB waiting in the wings? LOL. This season is in the toilet because the backup QB position was not adequately addressed coming into this season with an old 35 year old QB. Remember Jerry had to be talked into NOT taking Johnny football. Not sure I give him credit for much. He takes chances on players no one else wants to take a chance on.
