Solid win against a very very good team on the road.
Yes on Severson. Nobody can say they would expect him to be a starter on this team before training camp. He has better poise at times than anybody back there.

Zajac with some key face-off wins at the end. He had a strong game.

Cory was awesome.

The ice was bad. It was like a trampoline out there. Puck bouncing all over place for both teams and guys just falling for no reason.

Cam so far looks like the pick up that was needed this off season.

The best part was when TB tied it 1-1, I still felt pretty confident, unlike last year. So far, liking how team is playing.

Schneider was locked in tonight. I think Tampa outplayed them at times, but they still managed to go head to head with them. Love how they scored the next goal a few minutes after they gave up the tying goal.

Tampa is a really solid team. I was impressed with how they played given the big game they played last night.

3-0, new guys are contributing right away and the young defensemen continue to impress.

Can we hope that Larsson somehow ends up like Hedman?

Merrill in particular needs to be smarter with the puck. A lot of carelessness out there, Schneider keeping things close. Luckily Tampa Bay also seems to be out of sync as well.

At the end of the second period near our own blueline, I swear I saw our D fall about five times in the same general are between the dots and blueline.
