Who the F is this guy? Him and Garoppolo are clicking. Brian Tyms; 5 for a 119 and a TD. Mallet sucks!

I got this from Rotoworld. The bold favors the Pats.

Patriots WR Brian Tyms is suspended for the first four games of the season.
Tyms was suspended back in May, but this flew under the radar because he's obviously not a big name. He reportedly tested positive for Adderall. Tyms had a huge preseason opener, going off for a 5/119/1 line against Washington. This could actually work in his favor, as the Patriots won't have to use a roster spot to keep him. Tyms is eligible to return in Week 5. Aug 8 - 7:26 PM

Okay. So, if he does make the team.....he'll be suspended for the first four games of the season. He tested positive for Adderall. He's been approved by the league to take Adderall since.

No I was just saying the league sometimes are just ridiculous with suspensions. Yes he went about it wrong, but he was diagnosed and needs the meds. Guess he learned the hard way, hope he does succeed. How do the Pats go about it if he keeps it up through camp. They can't let him go in hopes he will still be around after the 4 weeks. Have to see how it plays out. Hope the best forthe kid.

If he continues do well in the preseason and they want to keep him...since he's suspended the first four weeks...he wont count towards the 53-man roster. It gives the Pats four weeks to see how Boyce or whoever is doing. Browner wont count towards the 53-man roster either while he's suspended.

Tyms has been tearing it up in camp. He is a lock to make the team.
The league blew this one. He legitimately needs the meds for ADHD. So, NFL, he is ADHD and did not pay attention? No shit!
We are looking for someone who can catch the damn ball. Aside from the Gronk and the midget, who else has shown the ability to catch the ball? Fell has shown the ability to get open (but stone hands) We are still waiting to see the (ex) rookies learn to catch. Our RB's catch better than the rest of the receivers.
Dobson better figure it out.....

Now that is just mean. They're not midgets, they're Pygmies.

Lafell looked decent with crappy Mallet throwing to him. He's a big body. And Brady has been talking him up. Obviously, we'll know more when we see Brady throwing to these guys.

My concern is the O-line. They didn't look good.

Lafell isn't going anywhere. I share your concerns about the O-line. It is pre-season though.....

A guy takes a legal med and gets a 4 game suspension. A guy beats the shit out of his GF, drags her unconscious body out of the elevator and gets a 2 game suspension. What's wrong with this fucking picture???

Tyms looked good again in my opinion. The passes he missed were not entirely his fault. 2 over his head and 1 that Mallett threw through him - catchable but tough. I would be really surprised if we let go of a playmaker like Tyms considering our receiver situation last year.

Will he be able to practice with the team during suspension?
