stolmy and cumpton.
with taillon gone and king ham a bit away, we need to see if our depth can play.
sandy doesn't have it and was only average at his best. a durable average, but not anymore.
had to try as we were forced to pick up the option, but he is done.

only possibility is if he needs warmer weather, but as a vet, he should be ready and obviously isn't.
DL him with arm fatigue and rehab him for 20-40 days then he gets his last shot.

Grilli is showing his age.

Yeah, Wandy needs a DL stint. The velocity just isn't there, and he didn't have much to begin with. Even if he locates it, 85 on the edge is still hitable.

We took care of the lineup, but we have to try something different in the rotation.

I just wish the Brewers stop "owning" the Bucs. Seems every year of late they have their number. Looks like bullpen is gona be big issue this year, probably difference of +/- .500 season IMO

I just turned the game on. What did he do?

Pulled his normal show boating when he hits a deep fly ball and was jogging down to first. It wasn't out of the park so he had to start running and got a triple. Cole said something to him about it, all seemed calm down but he didn't let it go. The benches cleared and he started throwing punches. There was another Brewer that blindsided Travis Snider but didn't catch who it was. And to note the only player thrown out that was in the game was Gomez. Snider was thrown out also but he came from the dugout.

Worst part about the whole event was the fact if Gomez would have hustled the whole way he might have had an in the park and the Brewers the lead at that time.

Yeah, he's a bit of a hot head. The Brewer who decked Snider didn't get tossed, which is weird to me.

Who was that? I couldn't really tell from the video, but maybe Maldonado?

Here's to hoping Melancon works the ninth if Cole doesn't.

If we're going to rely on Grilli, it's probably best to get him right back out there.
