Jason Grilli wasn't a bad signing, but why give a very late 30's reliever a multi year deal?
I don't like the idea of Gattis playing left field at all. Gattis wasn't near as bad behind the plate as people make him out to be. He frames pitches well and has a good arm. He's not near a gold glove, but not a liability behind the plate either. He would be a liability in left field though.
We either need to trade Gattis or keep him behind the plate.
And the Alberto Callaspo signing is retarded.
IMO, Pastornicky can do great things if given the chance.
