McHale is not a draw with the Mailman LMAO. he outweighs him by 40 pounds, just as good defensively and superior offensively easily. McHale averaged Pau numbers. The Mailman was a dominant scorer. Robinson vs Sikma, is the biggest mismatch. I don't see him stopping him.

Dominique vs Lebron would be fun to watch.
Kidd vs Oscar fun to watch, MJ vs KD or Lebron would be fun to watch.
MJ handling the ball in the final 5 mins of the 2nd and 4th works out better for me bc that's what he does. Then it is key having Miller as a shooter. Kidd and MJ can run at PG and SG for most of the time but I love having Miller being the x-factor with his shooting ability
McHale would guard Robinson, McHale has incredibly long arms and was a great defender. Sikma guards Mailman. On the other end, no, Mailman can't guard McHale in the post, no chance. Sikma will pull either defender away from the bucket.
LBJ is far better than Dominique. Miller was a great shooter, but Durant is 6"-7" taller, which works against Miller at both ends of the floor. Two great teams, but I really think playing MJ at the point does you in. MJ may be the greatest player ever, but he wasn't a better PG than Oscar, nor a better SF than LeBron.

For certain people that say MJ wouldn't be a fit at point is absurd. Here's why:

First off, most of the time especially in crunchtime MJ was the main guy taking the ball up the court so him playing LESS THAN HALF THE GAME at point guard isn't a stretch at all. The offense runs through him better than anyone. Now I will have a lineup where Kidd takes the ball up and MJ is at SG and while MJ could play off the ball as he could play with the ball in his hands...the ball was in his hands the majority of the time either up top or on the block. The even greater part of this move is he can guard the 1 and 2 and do it better than anyone, it also lets Reggie play in this lineup at SG. If you think about MJ, Reggie and Dominique in the same lineup that is unstoppable.

While KD, Lebron and Oscar is pretty damn good in itself it doesn't work as well bc his bigs clog the lane. McHale while he could shoot his place was on the block and Mutumbo can't shoot, all this does is clog the lane for his guys that thrive on going to the hoop.

You don't take the best player ever and put him out of position in my view. The offense runs through him to put the ball in the basket not to create for others.

Exactly. It doesn't matter if you have great players at other spots, if the ball is in their hands, it's not in his

He is only starting 10 mins at PG. Realistically, in those he has the ball in his hands 99% of the time. The point is when you have these game with all-time greats and they have less chemistry as an actual NBA team it will come down to one-on-one matchups for the most part. 10 mins at PG with not make a difference bc like I said he has the ball in his hands in those times just like the best of the best

I switched his minutes to 10 at PG bc I want Reggie as a shooter. If I had Kidd with MJ and Dominique there are no outside shooters on the court. Kidd is ok

Kidd 28 minutes. AI I think has 8 or 10 minutes. You were right about Kidd with MJ but I thought starters had to have 30 minutes so I changed up the minutes a bit. I just like having Reggie in and have MJ or even Wilk handle the ball late in the game. I feel Kidd is definitely throughout the game. I just love having shooters in at the end of games lol

We said 30 for the starters a little while ago lol .I even changed lineups .No worries though. I think the fact that you switched shows the match-up issues. If Kidd is on the floor, you lose your shooter in Miller. Now you have Kidd against Oscar, and AI (another shooting guard) matching up with Paul .I can have Durant guard Wilkins and put LBJ on MJ. Loving it

No, I meant it as a restriction, so that MJ, Magic, LBJ, KAJ, etc couldn't play 48 minutes. But we will go 30 manditory, I'm good with that too. My bench is just so salty, I want to get them time too lol

Kidd was a pretty damn good defender. Oscar wasnt as far as we know. My post presence is too strong. Mchale and Sikma arent enough to handle The Mailman and The Admiral. Too much too handle with Dominique and mj

Kidd was great, not even close to Oscar. I'm not sure MJ could stop a 7' KD from scoring, and KD certainly spreads the floor. LBJ kills Nique. McHale is not guardable one on one .Sikma pulls Robinson away from the basket. Iceman and Baylor are the two best players off either bench, Paul not far behind. Pau and Mutumbo provide scoring and D. Too many mismatches my way.

Sorry but Mchale isnt in the same tier as Malone. That's a wash. Sikma has no chance to stop Robinson and Robinson will have it pretty easy guarding Sikma. As far as the other matchups, Dominique has the reach just like KD. So I would have him on KD. MJ on LBJ and Kidd on Oscar. Kidd was a much better defender than Oscar and that all I need him to do other than distribute. My post mistmatches are just bigger ones than yours on the perimeter. Dominique was on the most underrated players ever. Nobody is stopping and overall he is a better player than KD hands down, maybe not when KD's career is over but to this point.

I've already said twice that McHale would guard Robinson lol. Of course, Mutombo and Pau will guard him too. Sikma will guard Malone. On the other end, you had better play Robinson on Malone, because Malone can't guard McHale one on one, not a chance. Dominique may have had reach, but he was an Ole' defender, as was Miller. And I really hope you play MJ on LBJ, MJ will foul out by halftime. And spun it however you like, Jason Kidd is not even close to Oscar. It's like comparing Penny Hardaway to Magic
