Not sure what I think. He's a good 3Bman but I don't think he's elite. His stats through almost 900 games are good but still makes you wonder. Almost starting to appear as if ANY contract in the 5 -6 year range is going to be 100M+

He's a GG caliber, high average, strong OBP, and most importantly, a power threat from a relatively weak position across the MLB. Maybe a fourth of the teams in the MLB can say they have a better 3B than RZim. The Nats fan base loves him, and he was in for a pay day, so I think it makes perfect sense - Especially if Rendon makes a smooth transition to 2b.

Yeah, I agree. If he were elite, he would probably get 20 million per year.
