Jason Zucker looked really impressive as well, but he projects as a 3rd liner too.

Emerson Etem looked pretty sharp as well, though he didn't look like he had great breakaway speed. I think he'll still have to get a little bit bigger to play his game effectively.....but then again, I'm no talent scout.

The funny think about all you Coyle nut huggers is that, he got 3 goals against Denmark, thats like him getting 3 goals against the JR sharks, not impressive. Throw in the fact hes been to a pro training camp, i doubt anyone on Denmark has even been to a power skating class

Coyle did the same thing last year. He'd light up teams like Denmark or Latvia but when the US played a Canada or Sweden he'd disappear. Seems like he'd fit right in with the Sharks actually, I'm kind of surprised DWil traded him.

The US was highly overrated going into this tourney. This is the first time in a long time that they haven't had multiple bluechip calibre prospects on the roster, guys that are a lock for the NHL.

Yeah, I'm very surprised JP Anderson wasn't selected. Especially since his play was the biggest reason the Majors got to the OHL finals last year.
