I didn't care for Fight Club and I didn't even finish The Matrix. Was sitting there watching it thinking "this is dumb." Turned it off half way through.
You, sir, are someone I do not want to know.

Out of Africa(1985) was awful and so was The Horse Whisperer(1998). Robert Redford sucked in both. How the hell Out of Africa won Best Picture at the Academy Awards shows those awards don't mean a damn thing.

Suicide Squad's the only one I saw and I have to agree, it was a big letdown, though the actress who played Harley Quinn did do a good job at portraying a mentally unstable character.

Herd that part of the reason the film turned out so boring though was due to a bunch of content being cut from the theater's release, including scenes with the Joker abusing Harley, so no idea if an uncut version will ever be released.

Was surprised to see Independence Day on the list, I never saw it but I though I'd heard people saying it was actually a good remake.

I really liked Divergence quite a bit a couple years ago. One of the surprisingly good tween age movies I watched with my daughter. Insurgent wasn't quite as good, but I still liked it. This year's Allegiant wasn't great, but I didn't think it was bad. It was kind of greedy of them to split the third book into 2 movies, like they had Harry Potter or The Hunger Games on their hands. I hate movies that end in cliffhangers. But now I hear that the third movie did so poorly n theaters that they aren't even going to make movie #4. Or if they do, it's going to be a just for TV special with all new actors.

I hate Hollywood.

Thought the new Independence Day film was entertaining - though not nearly as good as the first one.

... but then I like giant starships and big explosions.

Divergence ended (or whatever the last one was called) was flat out stupid imo

Watched Suicide Squad last nite. It was ok. Leto's Joker was WAY over-hyped tho.

Note, you must have actually watched the movie to nominate it, so unless you have watched any number of those Ed Wood movies, don't nominate them.

My choice is The Conqueror.

I recently watched this 50's movie and I found it very boring and I found myself tuning out several times.

And let me start of by saying that I love John Wayne, huge fan, True Grit is one of my all time favorite movies, but in no way was the role of Genghis Khan meant for an actor like John Wayne.

Not only do you have the all American white boy playing a Mongolian ruler, you had a ginger woman playing his wife.

And aside from the bad plot and the out of place actors, they filmed the movie down wind from a nuclear testing site, and of the 220 people on the film crew(including the actors), 91 of them were diagnosed with cancer by the end of 1980, with 46 of them being dead, including both lead actors and the director

On video: The Conqueror, once I watch it.

I've given two films my patented 0/5 star rating: Batman and Robin, and Cloverfield.

To round out a top 3, I'll throw in Pacific Rim (0.5/5 stars)
