New England style: steamers (soft shell clam), potatoes, corn on the cob (sweet corn), cornbread, chowder (Not Manhattan) and beer, lots of beer.

Yes, THANK YOU...whomever invented that crap needs to be given a thorough shaking.

Rhode Island style is okay, though.

Ditch the lobster and get yourself some Dungeness crab. Buy yourself a hooker with the money you saved. Lobster is one of the most overrated foods of all time.

I'll smash!

Honestly, It's more expensive than it should be, but that's different from being "over rated."

Sure, it's the cockroach of the sea, and used to be poor people's food, and the Erie Canal made it possible for rich doods in the Great Lakes area to get it fresh and pay a ton of money for it, consequently giving it a "delicacy" moniker that it shouldn't enjoy, but damn it's tasty.

Over the last two summers, we've been getting alive 1.25 pound and smaller for $5.88 per pound. I've eaten a ton of lobster the last couple of years.

Can't touch dungeness crabs for under $12.00 a pound in this area and it's frozen.

Couple of years ago in the fall we went up to see family in Saco, and the price per lb up there at the time was 3.99, which was cheaper than bologna.

$3.99 a pound....man that's nice. At $5.88 I could care less what my doctor had to say. At $3.88 a pound....up the cholesteral meds doc. It's just the way it is.

If it wasn't for the Patriots, I would have moved to New England years ago...

J/K, but seriously, I absolutely loves me some seafood.

Depends if you're talking Maine lobsters just boiled or steamed, or if you're talking spiny lobsters or grilling them.

Steak or something I'll actually eat.

I'm not a fan of eating giant bugs.
