Fried about three pounds this weekend, spent four days down on the lake. Boys love anything with bacon, rolled out breakfast sandwiches one morning, bacon, cheese, fried egg on an English muffin!

Yesterday was hash, chopped bacon, sausage, diced ham, eggs and of course hash all mixed together.

Buttermilk biscuits are the best, and Hardee's/Carl's Jr is the best I've tasted as far as fast food goes.

But I have the same breakfast every day: 2 eggs scrambled in butter, 2 slices of bacon and a homemade sausage patty. It never gets old.
