All the whining about the playoff format was clearly overblown. There isn’t one series loser that you can look at and say “ah man, they were hard done by” save maybe Colorado because they were on their third string goaler by the end (and still won a game with him!).

Dive notwithstanding, it was interference. Also, since it's Backes, likely not accidental either. But not suspendable.


As a goalie, the part that worried me was the step to the back of the leg. Unless Anderson is wearing Kevlar thigh highs, there is nothing much there to save him from a cut. Any word? Is he okay?
