Clearly not if they trade for that guyRaiders weirdly in a 'win now' mode
Whats funny is that Russell Wilson and Derek Carr had almost identical PFF grades last year and Wilson is 2 1/2 years older.Clearly not if they trade for that guy
As the guy upthread said, the Raiders seem to always be flailing around without a real planWhats funny is that Russell Wilson and Derek Carr had almost identical PFF grades last year and Wilson is 2 1/2 years older.
1-Everybody knows Denver doesn't want RW and he will be waived. Any team interested can wait till they release him and sign him.
3-1-Everybody knows Denver doesn't want RW and he will be waived. Any team interested can wait till they release him and sign him.
2-Back when all the drama happened it was mentioned Denver is better off releasing him than trading him. Something to do with the size of the contract and it being signed not too long ago. Dead cap hit? Can't remember.
They were 8-9 this past season. With better play from their QB they easily could have won 2 more games (at least) and been in the playoff hunt.Raiders weirdly in a 'win now' mode
3-The Raiders don't have the cap space to trade for him. They only have 36 million heading into the offseason.1-Everybody knows Denver doesn't want RW and he will be waived. Any team interested can wait till they release him and sign him.

The defense was really good in the back part of the season for sure. Gave up 15 points a game in their last five. They were 8-9 this past season. With better play from their QB they easily could have won 2 more games (at least) and been in the playoff hunt.
The defense was top 10 in ppg allowed, unlike the Carr years where he had to try and outscore the other team.
This is not real. The defense was really good in the back part of the season for sure. Gave up 15 points a game in their last five.
Its just that everyone knew Carr had a bad defense for years and basically had to carry the team to get it anywhere. He leaves and they get a defense and now look for a replacement worse than Carr (who wasnt even amazing to begin with)
Oh please, let this happen...
I figured. Thought it was funny, though....It is not real.
