I still can’t believe this front office almost kept Matt Moore and Martin Perez just so they could run off bartolo colon. Initially, I hated colon as much as any other rangers fan, but colon has made this season more watchable. Perez and Moore haven’t done jack shit.

Is IKF natural position catcher? The reason I ask, someone mentioned - believe it was yesterday - they wondered if he'd be our starting catcher next season. Darn good question, and I'm sorry I didn't give ya a like when it was posted. But we need some stability, and pop from behind the plate which we're really missing from our two headed monster back there now.

I can if he can be dealt. But he is owed $21,000,000 in 2019 and 2020. Not sure who will take that on. And if we have to pay part of his salary to make the trade how much do we want to give of that $21,000,000.

One thing to keep in mind is if he is still on the team after this season his 10/5 rights kick in and he can veto any trade. If we are going to trade him it needs to be during this season.
