I'm guessing they said, you have a half season under your belt, prove it for a full year.

yeah boucher really stepped his game up last year. he has to make a big leap up this year though imo


would love to see him get 15-20 goals this year. then reward him with a nicer payday next year we certainly have the cap room.


i read a "rumor" if you could call it that. the devils were in trade rumors with the leafs for JVR. I know the game is kinda getting away from power forwards but man o man JVR jersey born? big body nice hands. thats a nice addition for the right price

Tell me about it Cup... the other day on NHL network, got to see the replay of the 95 run game 4. God the game has changed.. the amount of grabing and hooking was insane in that game 4. Not to mention the two line pass.... had forgotten about that rule... I remember watching that whole playoff series when it happened, I was in college. It was nice to see Peluso and his emotion and the crash line again.... good times... we will be back....

i want 3 things from my hockey team.


my goalie to stop stoppable shots and make the occasional big save

my defense to play defense and not mind them giving up that occasional chance

my forwards to be fast get shots on net and score goals.

shouldn't be that hard right?

i dont want my forwards to come back and play defense i dont want my defense to pinch and play offense. is that asking too much?
