Great conclusion to the series yesterday afternoon with a 7-0 win for the sweep. Nats starters have now gone 41 1/3 innings without allowing a run. Not too shabby. Excellent start for Fister in his 2nd game back off the DL, going 7 scoreless. On to Philadelphia!

Harang vs. Scherzer in game 1. Rendon to the DL with quad soreness, Bryce another day off due to the leg cramping, Span a late scratch due to back spasms. Not our ideal lineup, still need to push across a few runs for Max and win this one.

Good start, Taylor doubles off the center field wall on the first pitch of the ballgame.

Wilson Ramos gets an infield hit to drive in the first run of the game. That is not a typo, WILSON RAMOS GOT AN INFIELD HIT! 1-0 Nats.

Big assist to the 2nd base umpire on Wilson's infield hit, got in the way of the 2nd baseman trying to make the throw.

Escobar does not come out for the bottom of the 1st. Uggla in at 2nd, Danny to 3rd, I think.

Fister gives up his first hit and baserunner with 1 out in the 6th. He's a fucking beast. It was a double for Galvis, for the record.
