Rodgers. I haven't seen Atlanta play this year though.

Yeah but Dak wasn't shitty for the first 4 weeks or lose 4 straight games.

Defense gave up an average of 40 points in their 4 game winning streak

still laughing at you
onward!!!
I don't know what's funny. Dallas has played an awful schedule. His comment was about Brady and Rodgers playing bad teams. Dallas has played worse teans than Green Bay. I guess if you think that's funny then whatever. Doesn't matter. Neither Dallas guy is winning MVP

The best 6 gane stretch of the season for Rodgers was still worse statistically than Ryan in the same 6. The first 10 games were not close. Ryan is the only answer. If you want to vote for someone else that's cool. You're just wrong but that's your prerogative. That said Brady is going to win the actual vote

Statistically speaking Ryan is the answer. But it's not just about statistics. He can win some offensive awards. Dak Prescott turned a team from worst to 1st. So yeah, you can have the schedule argument but Dak and Zeke are the only two differences from a team that lost 12 games last year and Dak had to do a lot of it without Dez Bryant.

Matt Ryan is my pick for the following reasons:

1. STATS. He's 2nd in the league in total passing yards, passing yards per game, and touchdown-to-int difference. He's #1 in the league in yards per attempt at 9.3. Nobody comes closer to Mattie Ice here. Nobody.

2. WINNING. He helped his team get the 2nd seed in the NFC and win 11 regular season games.

3. HE DESERVES IT. Brady has 5 MVP trophies. Rodgers are 3. Matty Ice has none and deserves recognition for his greatness for this season and previous seasons.

Rodgers deserves it based on the meaning of MVP. His team has been terrible on defense, no running game with a WR as the main RB, and a conservative head coach. Ryan should win based on his QBR and that his team has put up a bunch of points this year.

So what you are saying is that since Dak took a 4-12 team to 13-3 and that he too had a great QBR, etc, that he should be MVP.....

So your premise is that Matt deserves the award because Rodgers and Brady have been so much better?????

If you give the MVP to the best player in football for that season then it's Ryan. If you have different criteria that's fine. Doesn't change the fact Ryan's the leagues best player in 2016

Good list, lot of contenders – but I'm going with Aaron Rodgers – never have followed the Packers too much, but when you play FireFan, you follow them all and man, did Aaron do me right yesterday!!!! Course, so did Tom Brady...but that was expected :)
