"the fumble decline started in 2007"

now use your carrol logic on this sucker

Certainly no evidence. Just guilt by insinuation.

sure it does.

"a party to"

thats guilt by association

No. That is direct involvement.

Driving the getaway car is guilt by involvement, not guilt by association. Knowing the people that committed the crime will not get you convicted.

it happened to me.

i got probation for it.

we must have different laws.

PS a party to is indirect involvement, not direct.

be a party to something
  1. = get involved in, be associated with, be a participant in, concern yourself with or in • He insisted he had not been a party to the attack.

Involvement being the key word.

Well for one your owner is eating his crow. I guess you'll settle for saying "Yeah, but he didn't appeal."

Well...you need to actually appeal in order to lose an appeal, ya dig? That said, I'm sure there is a reason why Kraft went from guns blazing to "accepting everything" in a matter of days. And that reason is probably that the NFL doesn't want to have this drag on any longer. And they don't need to keep being skewered in public, either. Brady will win his appeal, Kraft will pay a fine and we'll move on. I'm guessing the draft picks are lowered, as well, but still taken from the Pats. Maybe not.

LOL. Kraft wanted it to end but go ahead and take it as a win.

Sure looks like the NFL is backtracking by having Kraft accept his penalties.

I am guessing that Kraft has a deal in place already. There is just no way he accepts everything levied by the NFL after what he said.

Smart enough to know this is by no way a win for the Pats but you go ahead and believe it.
