In accordance with the constitution, an amendment (bold in italics) is proposed to the league - this adds the Class of 2017 and denoted tenure for those leaving in good standing:

VII. Nominations & Voting:
i. General voting on league issues will be conducted via poll on SportsHoopla. Each member vote will count as one. (Exception: Amendment/changes to Constitution)
ii. As to who votes on who gets in, regardless of the situation... Everybody in the A and B leagues should vote, but votes should get multiplied by the number of years in the league. (Those here the longest have the most at stake.)

Agree. I'm not quite as active as I was when we first started the MBBRL but I think I'm still plenty active. Unfortunately my kids are way more active now which has hindered my MBBRL activity. But seriously, if a member has stuff come up and can't be as active as most on the boards that won't piss me off half as much as somebody not taking care of their teams................just my 2 cents.

It's importance is pretty well stressed. ..... however, a reminder now and again is certainly worthwhile. ... thanks Steeler. ....

II. General Board Rules:
i. Keep posting - Activity level on designated MBBRL boards is the backbone of this league. (It will, among other things, be used as a tiebreaker if; (1) for some reason, the choice of retention between one member or another has to be made, (2) in relegation, in the event of a tie after all other tiebreakers, (3) others, such as Oblivion, as defined within. (clarified for 2017)
VI. Relegation:
i. In normal circumstances, two teams will move up from the B league to the A league and two teams will move down from the A league to the B league. Teams moving down will be determined by power rankings. In the event of a tie, H2H will be the first tiebreaker, breakdown record will be the second tiebreaker, total points the third tiebreaker -- and if we still have a tie, activity level will determine.
VIII. Oblivion:

xiii. Not being active on the boards doesn't feel like a good reason to kick someone out, but if they're out because that's how the rules went, it's a legit consideration for whether they make it back in.
