Pitching has been out..F'N..standing lately. Can't hold forever as we all know. Got to find a lineup to score more runs. I for one am really enjoying and pulling for this AAA team.

Reason for pessimism. Not sure winning a bunch of 1 run games is sustainable

Reason for optimism. You are getting very little from Cruz, Seagar and Felix who were supposed to be big factors. Nicasio should also get better too because mainly of how bad he’s been.

with cano and gordon out these guys need to step up..but not only for that reason...but cuz there numbers ..stink... right now
for gamel just needs to keep working on it till he gets in the groove..cuz hes just coming back

for cruz and seager they usually start doing better later in the season...but then there numbers usually are not this low either...so they prob need nose to the grind stone as well

idk on pitcher's...but they need to find a way to keep those numbers down...jamie moyers college of pitching knowledge...the guy pitched till he was 50..there is a reason

either way if these guys do not step up...it could sink the boat

If Cruz can stay in the lineup and stop getting freak injuries I’m confident he improves. But he is getting older so a drop is possible but I think even a small drop off would be ok given his last three years.

I’m not gonna go on another Seagar rant but it’s not a slow start thing. It’s been 9 baseball months of the same thing. I’ve pretty much accepted what he is, hopefully the team will too. I still hope he can at least marginally improve and go on a 4-6 week hot streak
