Looked almost forearm more than wrist. It was kind of higher up anyway and not in the small bones part of the connection to the hand.

It looked like a purpose HBP, drilled him in the ASS. But yeah if you aren't gonna retaliate, they will keep getting pitched inside. Retaliate even a little and it may stop. Although according to Dipoto HBPs is a skill
