What the hell is going on with Posada?

I was watching the game last night, tuned in after a commercial and heard Joe Buck talking about Jorge wanting to quit or something. Says he can't perform in the DH spot?

Posada is proud to the point of almost being arrogant. That has always been true. That's not meant as a slight. Every player needs to maintain a certain mental posture to be successful. But it's a difficult mentality for a reduced role.

I wish I could just tell my boss I needed time to clear my head though.
